Making a Purchase
Browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts to your basket. When ready, proceed to checkout and provide the details required to complete your order.
We accept most major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Orders may also be placed by telephone.
Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming we have received your order. A contract is formed once payment has been processed and the order is accepted.
If a pricing error or stock issue occurs, we will contact you before accepting the order.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver Monday to Saturday. Orders received before 12pm for local delivery will be delivered the same day where possible.
Orders with a requested delivery date will be delivered on that date (subject to cut-off times). Public holiday deliveries will be made the next working day.
We cannot guarantee specific timed deliveries, except for funerals and weddings.
Specific Flower Requests
If you require particular flowers, please contact us at least 24 hours before delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Deliveries are attempted once. If the recipient is not home, flowers may be returned to the shop and a calling card left.
If a neighbour is available, we may leave the flowers with them if they agree.
We are not responsible for theft or damage if flowers are left unattended at the customer’s request.
Quality
We take great care to ensure the freshness and quality of all flowers.
VAT / Tax
All prices include VAT in accordance with Irish tax regulations.
Card Security
Payments are processed securely. Card details are encrypted and never stored in plain text.

Returns and Consumer Rights
Your rights are protected under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, applicable in the Republic of Ireland.
Fresh flowers are perishable and exempt from standard cancellation rights once preparation has begun.
Orders cancelled after preparation may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds / Returns Policy
Refunds may be offered at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any complaints should be made within 1 working day of delivery.
We will always aim to resolve issues by offering a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
